SHIPPING POLICY

At Plousios, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and with the level of service expected from a premium brand.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

PREPAID ORDERS

1. All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.
2. Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
3. We offer complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
4. Delivery timelines for most serviceable locations are between 3–7 business days from dispatch.
5. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

1. COD orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
2. Shipment tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
3. A COD handling charge of ₹150 will apply to all Cash on Delivery orders and will be displayed during checkout.
4. COD charges are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated dispatch timelines for pre-order products will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order products, the entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order product becomes available unless otherwise specified.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Customer location • Courier partner operations • Weather conditions • Public holidays • Government restrictions • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

While we strive to deliver every order within the stated timelines, Plousios shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

 

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to contact the customer, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Upon verification with the logistics partner, Plousios may provide:

• A replacement product; or • Plousios Store Credit equivalent to the product value.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. International shipping charges are calculated at actual rates and will be displayed during checkout.
2. Delivery timelines vary by destination country.
3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
4. Plousios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

SHIPPING CHARGES & RETURNS

1. Original shipping charges, COD charges, gift packaging charges, customs duties, taxes, and similar service fees are non-refundable.
2. Where applicable under our Return & Exchange Policy, reverse shipping costs may be deducted from the value of Store Credit issued against approved returns.
