CANCELLATION POLICY

At Plousios, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1. Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

3. Cancellation requests may be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email or phone during business hours.

4. If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch: • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout. • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

5. Orders placed using promotional offers, discount codes, gift cards, or store credits may be subject to verification before cancellation approval.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

1. COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

2. PLOUSIOS INC reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers who repeatedly place and cancel COD orders without valid reason.

FAILED DELIVERY OR REFUSED ORDERS

1. If a customer refuses delivery of a dispatched order or repeatedly remains unavailable for delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

2. In such cases: • Original shipping charges, COD handling charges, and any applicable logistics costs shall be non-refundable. • Any eligible refund or Store Credit shall be processed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
