REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Plousios, we are committed to delivering products crafted with exceptional attention to quality, craftsmanship, and detail. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By using the Plousios Exchange & Return Portal and/or placing an order on PLOUSIOSCLO.COM, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Policy.

PLOUSIOS INC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before initiating any return, exchange, or cancellation request. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

1. We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Once your exchange or return request has been approved by our team, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and our logistics partner will initiate pickup within 24–48 hours.
3. Reverse pickup services are subject to serviceability in your area. Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer may be required to ship the product to our designated warehouse address.
4. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the returned product will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Only products that pass QC will be eligible for exchange or return processing.
5. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose: • Another product of equivalent value; or • Plousios Store Credit.
6. Estimated delivery time for approved exchange orders is 7–10 business days.
7. Approved returns will be refunded exclusively in the form of Plousios Store Credit equivalent to the amount paid for the product. Store Credit will be issued to the customer's registered email address.
8. Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on future purchases through our online store.
9. Shipping charges, COD charges, gift packaging charges, taxes, duties, and other service charges are non-refundable.
10. Products returned in worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, or otherwise unsellable condition will not qualify for exchange, return, or Store Credit.
11. The return or exchange request may be declined if the product fails quality inspection.
12. Every return and exchange request is reviewed individually by our customer care team. Our objective is to provide a fair, transparent, and premium shopping experience while maintaining product quality standards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3. Refunds for approved pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within applicable banking timelines.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT POLICY

At Plousios, every knitted polo undergoes stringent quality inspections before dispatch. We take pride in delivering garments crafted to premium standards. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a 30-day review period from the date of delivery.

Manufacturing defects may include:

Fabric knitting defects • Unravelling seams or stitching failures • Collar or cuff construction defects •Significant colour bleeding despite following the recommended care instructions • Fabric holes or tears caused by manufacturing faults • Defective buttons, button plackets, or trims • Fabric finishing defects affecting the appearance, structure, or wearability of the garment

If a manufacturing defect is reported within 30 days of delivery, our team will arrange an inspection and, where required, a pickup of the product for quality assessment.

If the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Plousios may provide, at its sole discretion:

A replacement product • An exchange for an equivalent product • Plousios Store Credit equal to theproduct value

This policy does not cover:

Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage • Shrinkage,colour variation, or fabric distortion resulting from failure to follow garment care instructions • Accidental damage, misuse, snagging, pulling, abrasion, or external impact during use • Damage resulting from alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by third parties

Due to the premium knitted construction of our polos, customers are advised to carefully follow the garment care instructions provided with the product to preserve its structure, texture, colour, and overall appearance.

Claims reported after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or Store Credit.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You may request an exchange or return if:

(a) The product does not fit. (b) The product is defective. (c) The product was damaged during transit. (d) An incorrect product was delivered. (e) Parts or accessories are missing.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. • Original tags, labels, packaging,dust bags, and accessories must remain intact. • Product must not have been altered or modified. • Product must match the original order records. • Product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, foul odours, scratches, tears, or damage. • Products sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. • Product must pass quality inspection upon receipt.

Plousios reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not satisfy these conditions.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If you receive:

An incorrect product • An incorrect size • A damaged shipment

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

 

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video when opening their package.

Claims regarding missing items, incorrect products, tampered packaging, or transit damage may require an unboxing video for verification purposes. LIMITED EDITION & PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Products purchased during:

Clearance sales • Special promotional campaigns • Bundle offers • Limited-edition drops • Free-gift promotions

may not be eligible for returns and may only qualify for size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
